I am the minister of Hutton and Shenfield Union Church, a joint Baptist/URC church in Essex.

You’ll find, in this blog, a real mixed bag. There’ll be comments on news items and books I am reading, jottings to help me remember possible ideas and illustrations, funny stories, quotes from other people, musings on various subjects, and an occasional public entry from the journal of my daily walk with God.

    We are moored at the bottom of Foxton Locks, opposite Tucker’s Octopus! Discovered your blog when looking up the name of the boar. We like yiur photos of the locks, some copies would be nice for our collection. Kevin’s pictures aee not so artistic. Like the blog now we have found it.
